Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the national legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data

Firewalls, FileValut encryption and passwords protect our device drives, storage and backups are provided by professional Google Drive service.

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, used, disposed of, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately. While no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage guarantees 100% security, we adhere to all computer and procedural security requirements to protect your data. Please note that we are not in possession of data defined by the aforementioned Legislative Decree as “sensitive”, that is suitable to detect health status, membership of trade unions, religious and philosophical beliefs, membership of political parties.

The data will be processed using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality, and can also be carried out using automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data.

The data in question are sold by our company to our eventual sales network – assistance and/or distribution of services (distributors, managers, etc.), or for after-sales services. The data can be moreover transferred to our consultants and commercial partners only for how much of pertaining to the execution of the single undersigned contracts.

In general, third party suppliers and consultants who work with us collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services provided.

The Data is processed at our operational headquarters and at any other location where the third parties, its employees and business partners involved in the processing are located. Your Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one where you reside and you have the right to obtain information about the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization under public international law or formed by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as about the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

Furthermore, we specify that the data referring to you may be communicated to: – Postal Service or other mail delivery companies, Banks and Financial Institutions, Credit recovery companies, for the management of receipts and payments deriving from the execution of contracts, Insurance Companies, Public Bodies; – Legal and Commercial Studies, external subjects who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the company such as bookkeeping and fiscal and administrative fulfilments, for the management of receipts and payments deriving from the execution of contracts and for the management of bookkeeping. Your data may also be communicated, as a result of inspections, checks or requests, to the Financial Administration and to the bodies/organisations responsible for checks and controls on the regular fulfilment of civil/fiscal obligations.

Considering the commercial relationships in being, your data will be stored and processed by us until Vs. contrary disposition.

We would like to point out that the processing of the data referred to in point 1) above is obligatory and essential for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations and/or your adhesion to the use of our services and the regular fulfilment of contractual commitments, as well as for the purposes of the exact fulfilment of civil and fiscal obligations provided for by current legislation and that such data will be processed independently of your consent, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.

The treatment referred to in paragraph 2) is optional, and, therefore, in case of your refusal there will be no consequences, if not our inability to ensure your information on the innovations made to our products and / or services.

This replaces and complements any previous information.
